If elected as your commissioner one of my first items of business will be to implement a program to support county agencies through every step of the public engagement process. We need an integrated engagement solution that helps the county government reach more residents, gather their input across multiple channels, and manage data and reporting to make an impact together.

We need to make sure that we take advantage of updated technology to allow better public participation in our government processes. We need to centralize our public meetings processes for in-person and virtual meetings, to ensure equity, access, and streamlined public comment.

I want to ensure that our public engagement initiatives have equitable participation, leading to a stronger community, and a well-functioning collaborative democracy.
